Refund & Return Policy

🚫 Strict No-Return Policy (General Cases) We generally DO NOT accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

Exceptions (Only in these cases):

A return or replacement may be considered ONLY if:

  • The item is damaged upon arrival, or

  • You received the wrong item.

Conditions for Exceptions:

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.

  • You must provide clear pictures/videos of the product and packaging.

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.

Refund Process (If Approved)

  • After inspection, a refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.

Non-Returnable Items (Always):

  • Used or opened products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items without original packaging
