🚫 Strict No-Return Policy (General Cases) We generally DO NOT accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.
Exceptions (Only in these cases):
A return or replacement may be considered ONLY if:

You received the wrong item.
Conditions for Exceptions:

You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.

You must provide clear pictures/videos of the product and packaging.

The item must be unused and in original condition.
Refund Process (If Approved)

After inspection, a refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
